Mana Vascular Clinic is open Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:00PM.

• Clinic or Ultrasound Appointments: you may be charged a fee of $25 for appointments that are missed without prior notification or that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice 

• Vein Procedures: you may be charged a fee of $50-150 no show fee for appointments that are missed without prior notification or that are canceled with less than 72 hours notice. Exact fee is dependent on type of procedure. 

Our main provider, Dr. Lauvao, is in office on Mondays and Thursdays.
