• Patients with HMO health plans

• Medicaid patients

• Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA)

• Carotid Stenosis

• Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)

• Peripheral Vascular Disease

• Fistula/ graft placement

• Varicose veins (had previous treatments elsewhere)

• Patients wanting a second opinion
